Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to subscriptions purchased for the Good Assistant application ("Application") through our website, processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for web-based purchases.
Scope
This policy covers web purchases only. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy, and refund requests for those purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.
Free Trial
Good Assistant offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you can explore the Application's features at no cost. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be billed.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the charge
- Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service
Refunds After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund, account credit, or decline the request depending on the circumstances.
Ineligibility for Refunds
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- Your account has been terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- You have previously received a refund and are requesting another in bad faith
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests for web purchases are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net
- Locate your purchase using your email address or transaction ID
- Submit a refund request through the portal
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, or via Paddle's customer portal. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Application until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund
